Questions and answers
Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
At Paphos and Larnaca airports your driver waits in the arrivals hall, after baggage claim and customs, holding a sign with your name. If you can’t see the driver, message us on WhatsApp at +357 96 144 024.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and move the pickup to the real landing time, so delays cost you nothing extra. The first hour of waiting after landing is free.
How do the deposit and refunds work?
When you book online you pay a €20 deposit by card through Stripe, and the rest of the fare in the car. If you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup, the deposit is refunded in full. Within 24 hours of pickup it is not refunded.
How can I pay?
The deposit is paid online by card. The rest of the fare is paid to the driver in cash or by card.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tick “Child seat” when you book and write the child’s age in the booking notes so we bring the right seat.
How much luggage can I bring?
The E-Class takes up to 4 suitcases. With more than 4 suitcases or more than 4 passengers, the calculator switches to the V-Class automatically, even for one passenger.
